A behind-the-scenes look as Head of Lower School Fred Chandler upholds the long-standing tradition of greeting each student by name as they arrive at school. His challenge: to learn the names of all 267 Lower Schoolers during the first month of school. He gives a $1 coin to any boy whose name he misses. #LifeAtStAlbans
