Sports Performance

Remodeled in 2023, our weight room is built to optimize student-athlete health, well-being, and performance.
St. Albans School's Athletic Performance Department is dedicated to safely enhancing athletic performance while encouraging students to implement healthy lifestyle practices.

Led by Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Chris Tarullo, student-athletes are taught proper form and techniques to maximize performance in their specific sports.

Remodeled in 2023, the weight room features cutting-edge 8 Olympic lifting stations, kettlebells and dumbbell weights, and ample space for whole-team lifts.
