St. Albans School's Athletic Performance Department is dedicated to safely enhancing athletic performance while encouraging students to implement healthy lifestyle practices. Currently, the school employs a full-time Performance Coach to work with the student-athletes on proper training positions and techniques specific to their individual sport.

Cameron Dantley graduated from St. Albans in 2004 and from Syracuse University in 2010. He won the Robert Rice award as a Junior at STA for the best all-around athlete and received all-Met and all-IAC honors quarterbacking the football team and leading the basketball team. At Syracuse, he started as quarterback for two seasons and received a B.A. in Psychology. After graduating college, Cameron was a personal trainer at Gold's Gym, helped train NFL prospects for the combine, and worked with E-Train university until 2015. He returned to his high school alma mater to coach football in 2011, and he is in his second year as a head strength and conditioning coach.
Located in Washington D.C.,  St. Albans School is a private, all boys day and boarding school.
