29th Annual St. Albans Junior Open Invitational Swim Meet, February 27
St. Albans School cordially invites all interested swimmers, age 9-14, in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area to the Twenty-Ninth Annual St. Albans Junior Open Invitational Swim Meet on Saturday, February 27, 2016, in the Lawrence Pool.
To help you get ready for the meet, the HyTek Meet Manager event file is now online and available for coaches. In addition, parents can download the entry form, order of events, meet records, and official’s roster.
Entries are encouraged to be submitted on Hy-Tek (for coaches only), but may be submitted on the attached entry form (for parents). Please feel free to copy and share this material with other interested swimmers and friends.
The deadline for entries is 12:00 noon, Saturday, February 20. DECK ENTRIES AND LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS MEET. Please be sure to send in your entries before the deadline. Entries may be either mailed, electronically sent via Hy-tek or hand delivered, and payment must be received in the Lawrence Pool office NO LATER THAN 12:00 noon, Saturday, February 20, 2016.
Volunteers are needed to ensure the smooth running of this timed final meet. Please indicate the hour and position you would like to assist on the official's roster and return your request with your entries. For further information, please call (202) 537-6462.
