Admissions Kickoff
Marriott Hall - MH-401 \ Frist Terrace (Rooftop) - MH-401
**We will need both doors to the roof to be unlocked by 9 a.m., and we would like the roof to be accessible via the elevator without use of a key card.
**We will also need the door leading from Senior Circle into Marriott Hall to be unlocked by 9 a.m.
Here are the other basic needs for the event:
- two draped rectangular tables for refreshments set up along the railing closest to the monuments
- 85 chairs set up in rows facing the Cathedral
- a wireless microphone set up facing the chairs
- 1 floral arrangement for the two tables
Aaron, I will put in a separate drink request with you. We will be providing our own food for the event but would please like two large containers of water, juice, and coffee (along with plates, napkins, cups, and plastic utensils). We anticipate about 80 or so people will attend.
