Dinner Set-up: Buffet service in the MH end (where the salad bar usually is during lunchtime)

Meeting Set up: U-shape set for 35 (please leave the end by the podium open for the AV setup); DTEN will be requested from IT for Zoom option. When the meeting begins, we will need to close the accordion doors at the podium (need to leave open this time until then because of the photo location). I am happy to close them but also don't want to break anything as I know these can be tricky.
Doors/Security: Please keep the front doors of Lane Johnston unlocked from 5 pm until the conclusion of the meeting, around 9 pm.
