Go, Eileen, Go!

Coach Armstrong shared his love of drag racing with C Formers by showing them his 1984 Monte Carlo “Eileen.” A hobby he’s shared with his father since his youth, Coach Armstrong built the race car himself, making many of the modifications to make it lighter, faster, and, of course, louder. C Formers asked him lots of questions about the car, and then Coach Armstrong revved the engine and did a small launch. Seniors enjoying Beach Day in the amphitheater heard the engine and cheering and joined the C Formers in excitement as Coach Armstrong showcased his car! Enjoy the video from the show and tell!
