The World We Live In

Tickets for the Middle School play now on sale!

Fed up with the city, a philosophical vagrant finds himself in a forest clearing, pondering the meaning of life. After an intriguing encounter with a butterfly collector, the vagrant's quizzical mind is set in motion. As he looks down in the grass, he sees striking similarities between how insects and humans behave – a butterfly suffers unrequited love, the greedy beetles hoard their “gold,” and two species of ants are engaged in an all-out turf war.

Come see this funny, thought-provoking play about human-like insects (or is it insect-like humans?) that attempts to answer life’s biggest questions!
