National Merit Honors

Congratulations to the seniors recognized by the 2023 National Merit Scholarship Program. The program honors students based on their outstanding performance on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT). The 16,000 nationwide semifinalists scored in the top one percent and represent the highest-scoring students from each state. The semifinalists may now continue in the finalist competition for some 7,250 National Merit Scholarships, to be offered in the spring.
