Cass Sunstein Discusses the SCOTUS with Form I

Harvard Law Professor, author, and Form I parent Cass Sunstein recently joined Form I students for a discussion about the U.S. Supreme Court. A former clerk of Justice Thurgood Marshall, Sunstein has served the Office of Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice, the Obama White House, and Homeland Security. Sunstein discussed Marshall’s integral role in the landmark Brown vs. the Board of Education case that integrated public schools across the nation. Said Sunstein, “Your Constitution 20 years from now will be different than today’s Constitution. That’s terrifying and fabulous!”
