“I Have a Dream”

In a special chapel service honoring the life and legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the Class of 2030 presented an abridged version of his “I Have a Dream” speech, delivered at the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom in August 1963. In her introduction, Form C teacher Lauren Goodyear said, “His words are a response to racial injustice, but their wisdom applies to injustice of any kind, to hatred of any kind, to violence of any kind.”

Enjoy the speech along with the Forms I & II Chorus and Choristers performing “Lift Every Voice and Sing”!
