Bon Appétit

In honor of Epiphany on January 6, Madame Beuchard shared a recipe for galette des rois, a traditional dish eaten for the holiday, with students. Eddie Cavallin ’22 prepared one for his family to enjoy.

A sweet tradition, galette des rois, is baked with a small charm or whole almond. Once cut into unequal slices, the youngest child of the family assigns slices of the galette to each guest. The guest who has the charm or whole almond in his or her slice is crowned king or queen for the day. Click here to read the full recipe.
