Giving Back

Marcus Goodwin ’07 took time out of his busy schedule to speak with Form III students in the Amphitheater. Goodwin works in real estate development with the Neighborhood Development Company revitalizing neighborhoods and creating affordable housing across the District. He is also a candidate running for an at-large seat on the D.C. Council. He spoke of his run for office, the importance of voting, and how students can get involved. Goodwin added that his time in the STA Government Club debating current event issues helped prepare him for his D.C. Council run. Giving Back
