Back-To-School Night: Forms V & VI

Lane-Johnston Building - LJ-108 \ Cafritz Refectory - LJ-108
Back-to-School Night for Forms V & VI begins in the Cafritz Refectory and continues in Marriott Hall.
SET UP
The Upper School BTSNs will be held on Monday, September 18 and Tuesday, September 19 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm both days.

On these evenings parents visit classrooms with short presentations by the advisors and teachers.

The refreshments should be ready in the Refectory by 4:45pm both days.

Set-up:
The Refectory
1. The middle section of the Refectory should be clear with the following exceptions:
-Two or three (as needed, check with Sodexo) rectangular tables in front of the fireplace for refreshments, with tablecloths.

-You may place all extra chairs around the perimeter of the room.
-The Lower School side can remain set-up, with ample room for movement to and from the True Lucas Building.
-Please place three Refectory tables parallel to the south wall under the St. Alban window for check-in with tablecloths.

2. Patty Boman will bring her laptop to access OnCampus if there are scheduling issues. Please make sure there is an extension cord if needed.

We will need every room unlocked during those times. For security reasons, I think we had better leave the front doors to the Lower School locked, provided people can exit through those doors.

Also, all rooms should be cleaned and/or straightened on those days after classes have ended and before the classroom visits begin. The following rooms are involved:

All Classrooms in Marriott Hall
**Need a projector in MH 214
All study rooms (glass boxes) in Marriott Hall
FCR
Trapier Theatre (used for tryouts)
Ellison Library
All classrooms in the Lane-Johnston Building
The Common Room
All classrooms in the Steuart Building
True Lucas, Rm. 101, 106
The Science labs
All corridors in the above buildings

The events should be over by 7:30pm. Any questions, please call Susie Spaulding. X6412.
