SETUP
Please open all facilities mentioned above by 8:45 a.m and make sure that all facilities, hallways, and bathrooms are clean.
* Refectory – please see attached map; Refectory set-up will remain the same for both LS and US Open House times
* Parrott Library – existing tables removed with as many chairs as possible set-up facing the Refectory side of the room with 5 chairs set up for the panelists. (please fill chairs in all the way to the window seat that overlooks Mass Ave - ideally about 75 chairs or as many as will fit)
* Ellison Library – center of the room cleared and as many chairs as possible (about 75 chairs should be fine) set up facing the balcony for presentation with 5 chairs set up for the panelists.
* Senior Circle - registration tables set up (map attached; please drape the stone seating blocks outside LJ/Senior Circle)
- Senior Circle traffic blocked off (also as previously requested, Cathedral garage gate lifted 9 am - 4 pm)
TECH NEEDS
--on site AV equipment assistance and tech support requested for the duration of the event
- 4 microphones needed – one in each of the following spaces:
* Parrott Library
* Ellison Library
* Little Sanctuary
* Refectory
- On-site registration and QR codes (possible assistance trouble-shooting on-site check in)
- D Tens for filming Open House panels (Molly is working on filming options)
PLEASE ALSO HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOORS UNLOCKED FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT – ideally from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (these doors will be monitored by fac/staff/volunteers)
