Is the postcard/phone call/email I received from PCI legit?
Yes. We have contracted with PCI to update our alumni contact information and create a new printed and digital alumni directory.
Do I have to buy the directory or merchandise they are offering?
No. There is no obligation to purchase anything from PCI, and STA does not benefit financially from their sales.
How does STA benefit from this project?
Having accurate and up-to-date contact information for our alumni strengthens our community.
When will the directory be ready?
Early 2026.
How do I know PCI won’t use my contact information for other purposes?
PCI, which has been publishing institutional directories for more than 100 years, is legally bound NOT to sell your information to anyone.
I didn’t receive a postcard or email or phone call. Can I still update my information?
Yes. Call 1-800-451-4208 between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm EST to reach PCI directly. The last day to call in updates is September 26, 2025.
I ordered a directory/package over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?
Contact PCI’s customer service help desk at 1-866-571-4598 or pciservice@publishingconcepts.com, and they will take care of this for you.
