Head Crew Coach Ted Haley and the STA crew welcomed Bill Funderburk ’79 to watch morning practice on the Potomac River this weekend. Bill rowed at Yale and shared some stories of his days rowing for Tony Johnson and Mike Vespoli. Bill was able to watch the STA varsity 8 compete in a scrimmage against a crew from Potomac Boat Club. It was a perfect morning as the boys prepared for the Stotesbury Cup regatta in Philadelphia this weekend.
