Grateful for the Hands that Prepared Our Thanksgiving Meal

Enjoy the photos and video!

We are grateful to the Sodexo food and housekeeping staff for preparing such a scrumptious Thanksgiving luncheon on Friday. They spent days preparing a traditional meal that consisted of eight slow-roasted whole turkeys, 600 lbs. of roasted turkey breast, 40 lbs. of baked spiral ham, 250 lbs. of mashed potatoes, 150 lbs. of homemade stuffing, 100 lbs. of macaroni and cheese, 30 lbs. of candied sweet potatoes, 30 lbs. of fresh collard greens, 40 lbs. of cranberry sauce, 1,000 dinner rolls, and 80 pumpkin pies. Make sure to watch Headmaster Robinson challenge the head prefect, Eli Quarles ’23, to a post-lunch wishbone pull. We hope you enjoy the photos and the videos as much as we all enjoyed the food!
