Forty-seven Bulldog runners took to the course at Landon for the Mark Ferris Invitational Saturday.  Pierre Attiogbe placed first overall with a time of 17:25 to lead St. Albans to a second-place finish behind team champion St. John’s and ahead of 11 other schools.  Overall, nine STA runners entered the A race with six finishing in the top-25 of the 100-runner field.  Will Strong (4th, 18:21), Sebi Hume (11th, 18:44), Aidan Urbina (20th, 19:21), Jack Thomas (22nd, (19:28), and Laszlo Wolfe (25th, 19:45) were the Bulldogs’ other top finishers.  Venya Kuzichev (20:56), Joseph Laroski (21:04), and D.J. Heiber (21:08) also turned in excellent performances.  Coach Ehrenhaft was pleased with all of the runners and especially impressed that the STA field included four freshmen - Strong, Hume, Wolfe, and Heiber – who all ran with confidence in their first varsity competition.  Overall results for the A race can be found here https://www.arrowliveresults.com/MarkFerrisInvitationalVarsityBoysA
