Meaurement Mania!
Form B students participated in Measurement Mania during Remote-Plus activities this week! The Measurement Olympics included estimating and measuring in both customary and metric units with various physical activities, including archery (Q-Tip launched with an elastic band), discus (tossing Frisbees), weight-lifting (marbles in hand sanitizer), and swimming (squeezing sponges). Students also played Zap-It and Battleship, working with partners to figure out word problems and conversions. Finally, The Fitbit Challenge presented boys with various questions while they determined what was needed to complete the task. A fun time was had by all! Enjoy the photos!
