Cross-Country Wins 9th Consecutive IAC Title

Congratulations, Bulldogs!
St. Albans captured the IAC Cross-Country Championship in all divisions on Saturday. Timmy Bitsberger ’18 (3rd), Jonathan Merril ’19 (5th), Jack Tongour ’19 (6th), Mark Parrino ’18 (8th), and Griffin Shapiro ’18 (11th) led STA to a 20-point margin over Landon, 33-53. It was the ninth consecutive title for STA.

Kyle Morin ’19 and Ben Duke ’18 finished 1st and 2nd respectively, to lead St. Albans to victory in the Varsity B Championship, and Damian Hackett ’21, Will Nash ’20, and Nicolas Maguigad ’21 led a 1-7 sweep in the freshman-sophomore division to lead the Bulldogs to a perfect score in that race.
