The Alumni Office plans to host the annual Alumni Day for the seniors on Wednesday, May 23^rd. They host a series of seminars in the Trophy Room all day, say 8am-2:30pm (they haven't shared their schedule with me yet); and there is a lunch by Rocklands in the Activities Gym from 1:00pm-1:45pm.

I've already got Rocklands scheduled, and will plan to reach out to Allied Party Rentals regarding tables and chairs for the gym, if everything looks good to reserve.
