Alumni Giving

A Record Year of Support!

Many thanks to the 1,852 alumni (43% participation) whose combined gifts set helped propel 2017-18 Annual Giving to the second highest amount raised since Annual Giving began in 1953! Such broad and sustained generosity is precisely why St. Albans continues to provide students with an unparalleled education. To all the dedicated volunteers who inspired so many to contribute. and to all who so generously heeded the call to support, thank you!

Annual Giving ensures that STA remains a place where world-class teachers nurture and challenge talented students to formulate ideas, draw meaningful conclusions, and convincingly articulate the lessons they learn. More important than any percentage, alumni generosity is a beacon of our community's shared commitment to the School and to sustaining its mission for current and future generations of St. Albans men.

– Patrick Bracewell '98, 2016-18 Annual Giving Chair

"The St. Albans experience fosters a vibrant and diverse community of students and faculty, and I feel fortunate to be a part of it. Supporting the school every year—Annual Giving, especially—is one way that I can help ensure that current and future students are able to look back on their time at St. Albans with the same fondness that I do."

Located in Washington D.C.,  St. Albans School is a private, all boys day and boarding school. For more than a century, St. Albans has offered a distinctive educational experience for young men in grades 4 through 12. While our students reach exceptional academic goals and exhibit first-rate athletic and artistic achievements, as an Episcopal school we place equal emphasis upon moral and spiritual education.
