ASPA Honors Gyre with Two Awards
The American Scholastic Press Association honored St. Albans literary arts magazine Gyre with two awards: First Place with Special Merit and Outstanding Variety of Literary Works.
According to the winning issue's welcome note, Gyre "stands as an outlet for the originality, creativity, and artistry of the students at St. Albans School." The publication features essays, short stories, poetry, criticism, and visual art, and includes a music CD.
