A Thanksgiving Treat

Enjoy the photos!

By 1:30 am on November 17, Chef Oscar Hernandez and the Sodexo kitchen staff were hard at work preparing the annual Thanksgiving luncheon. Students, faculty, and staff were treated to 700 pounds of roasted turkey with all the trimmings made from scratch, including mashed potatoes and gravy, brown sugar sweet potatoes, macaroni and cheese, herb dressing, and roasted green beans. To top it all off, a slice of pumpkin pie. Delicious!

Headmaster Vance Wilson and Lower School Counselor Ted Haley had the honor of carving the turkeys for all.

Just one of the many reasons we have much to be thankful for here at St. Albans School. Enjoy the photos!
