We Can Win This Match!

Double the Impact of Your Gift to the Athletic Fields Renovation

Finish Line: $750,000 to raise + $750,000 match

Time Line: Now until December 31, 2016

The St. Albans Governing Board and an anonymous donor have created a $750,000 matching fund for the STRIVE Campaign so that we may finish fundraising for our amazing new fields, track, and tennis courts. Every dollar given or pledged to the athletic fields renovation between now and December 31, 2016, will be matched—dollar-for-dollar—by this gift.

If you’d like to make a gift to the fields project by December 31, 2016, please contact STRIVE Campaign Director David Shepard at 202-537-6427 or dshepard@stalbansschool.org. Any matching funds that the school receives thanks to your gift will be credited to you and may be counted toward naming opportunities on the athletic fields.

We’ve already raised $18.5 million for the athletic fields, the track, and the tennis courts. This generous $750,000 gift, when matched by new donations, will take us to our goal of $20 million. Game! Set! Match!

Just a reminder that, in creating this opportunity, the Governing Board hopes to inspire donors to contribute in addition to their Annual Giving; so please support Annual Giving first! The School depends on Annual Giving to support ten percent of its operating budget (including the Athletic Department)—so it remains our first priority.
