On Monday, May 16, Headmaster Vance Wilson, the Parents’ Association, Ms. Kate Samworth, Mr. David Sturtevant ’92, and Ms. Deborah Tharp hosted the 2016 Student Art Exhibition Opening Reception. The exhibit, which runs from May 17-20 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, features STA and NCS Upper School student art in the Marriott Hall art exhibition space and Lower School student art throughout the top floor of the True-Lucas Building. Artists mingled with guests and explained their thought process for many of the pieces displayed, which include sketches, paintings, and digital art. Enjoy the beautiful artwork!
