St. Albans Faculty and Staff

In classrooms and concert halls, in the Little Sanctuary and on the stage, on athletic fields and at social service outings, in the science laboratories and the libraries, St. Albans School faculty members instruct, encourage and inspire our students. In their commitment to their fields of expertise, and in their readiness to engage and guide our students, St. Albans teachers create a vital and exciting atmosphere of learning on the Close.

In the 2014-2015 academic year, St. Albans employs nearly 100 faculty members (teachers and coaches), with nearly 75% holding advanced degrees. They have earned undergraduate and advanced degrees from around the world, with the greatest number from American University, Georgetown University, George Washington University, Harvard University, University of Maryland, and Yale University.
