The St. Albans Swim Club 2013 - 2014

The St. Albans Swim Club has served the Washington community since 1963. Membership includes use of the beautiful indoor Joseph J. Lawrence Pool, located on the St. Albans School campus beside the Washington National Cathedral at 3551 Garfield Street, N.W., near the intersection of Garfield and Massachusetts Avenue. The Lawrence Pool is an attractive, fully tiled, six-lane, twenty-five yard, indoor facility in bright and comfortable surroundings. The temperature of the pool water and the room is maintained at 82°F.

The St. Albans Swim Club gives members and their guests use of the Lawrence Pool seven days a week, eleven months of the year, including all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, and Easter. Memberships may be purchased for a 10-visit pass, monthly pass, or for the entire season, which runs from September 30, 2013, to September 1, 2014.

The St. Albans Swim Club is directed by Aquatics Director Robert J. Green, who is entering his 33rd season at St. Albans. The head coach of the St. Albans and National Cathedral School varsity swim teams, Mr. Green has taught countless adults and children to swim over the years.

For information: contact Rob Green or Mark Lewis at 202-537-6462.

All visitors to St. Albans School's Swim Club should park on Pilgrim Road or in the Cathedral parking garage, and avoid parking on neighborhood streets. All visitors should use the Garage’s main entrance off Wisconsin Ave., which is located at the Wisconsin Ave. traffic light near Hearst Hall. Visitors should not use the Woodley Road entrance to the Garage. Thank you for your cooperation.
